Head of Video (July 2014 - December 2016)

•Hired and led cross-functional 13-person team to develop and implement editorial and branded video strategy, programming, operations, and process.
•Conceptualized and managed the development of all video content for Playboy’s website, social media, OTT and mobile platforms including original series across entertainment, documentary/news, style/nightlife, comedy, gaming, sex & culture and events verticals. Platforms included YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, Roku and Dailymotion.
•Oversaw video operations for's relaunched safe-for-work original content site and multi-channel YouTube network, helping grow viewership from 5M in August 2014 to 20M monthly global users by December 2014. Lowered the median age from 47 to 30.
•Supervised content producers, in-house video editors, motion graphic artists and interfaced with outside vendors and creative community as well as all levels of the Playboy organization.
•Led execution and production of all corporate sizzle reels and PR needs including ENG / EPK packages.
•Developed programming and hired on-camera talent for Playboy’s documentary series Journalista and Playboy’s Nightlife Network Indulgence, generating over 12M+ views to date.
•Executed brand strategy and voice through the creation of 28+ original video programs.
•Managed production on high-profile content partnerships with John Varvatos, Netflix, Burton Snowboards, Miramax, recording artist Pitbull, Hornitos, Relativity Pictures and Stoli Vodka.
•Collaborated with product, design, editorial, licensing, business development, finance, legal, executive and social teams to maximize engagement, build community, optimize workflow and deliver new products to market.
