• Frequent communication with talent, managers, and agents to relay information and assist in trouble-shooting, organize and arrange meetings, rehearsals for talent and/or crew
• Oversee all movements of the cast on set, ensure principle talent is in make-up, wardrobe, or standing-by on set at all times
• Update key personnel on the timings and progress of the shoot
• Coordinate the distribution of: scripts, schedules, travel arrangements, and pick-ups for talent.
• Process contracts and payroll for crew and talent, proficient in SAG paperwork
• Create and distribute call sheets, production reports, daily progress packets
• Maintain crew lists, cast lists, high volume of phone calls, emails, meetings
• Location scouting, set-up and break down for all location shoots
• Negotiate for crew needs and equipment with various companies and locations
