The Marketing Manager facilitates all aspects of marketing and strategy and supporting success in key metrics such as sales, marketing & advertising with focus on social media. The ideal individual is motivated, independent, highly organized, a strong communicator and able to consistently drive a project forward.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing goals and strategy for product releases and overall company
• Design new marketing initiatives and follow through on their execution
• Drive discussion on new content needs for the company’s website, sales materials and promotions
• Planning and details, encompassing social media development, pre-orders, consumer marketing, direct-to-consumer, etc
• Planning and executing online campaigns, physical mailings and VIP/Influencer giveaways through working with internal staff and independent contractors
• Devising tangible assets & tools (both offline & online)
• Project marketing plan spend for all phases including publicity, new media, sales, etc
• Take the lead on tradeshows, events and sponsorship opportunities
• Liaise with media inquiries to capitalize on press releases

• 4-6 years working in consumer marketing
• Solid understanding of online sales, consumer advertising, online marketing with strength in social media marketing (SMM).
• Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
• Ability to set project goals and devise strategy
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Understanding of design principles and creative processes
• Comfortable with web analytics and website content with an interest in learning more
• A plus for candidates with experience in Adobe CC Suite
• Experience managing resources, budgets and project timing
• Strong business writing skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
