Role Purpose:

The Project Manager will oversee the production of a wide variety of creative marketing materials including on-air promos, print and broadcast design, consumer advertising, consumer promotions, trade marketing, digital and social media, photography, and special events. The role facilitates the creative needs of all internal clients and departments, and ensures deadlines and approvals are being met.


• Partner with SVP creative, creative directors, designers, and external vendors to oversee the creative production process from concept to completion.
• Collaborate closely with the brand marketing planning team to create timelines, solve and predict challenges, and define project scope and detail for the creative team.
• Internally route all materials for necessary approvals and ensure revisions are addressed.
• Hire, brief, and manage the workflow of outside vendors and the internal creative team.
• Negotiate and monitor budget and contracts for all external partners.
• Project manage photo and live action shoots as needed.
• Execute paid media campaigns including OOH, radio, and cross-channel video
• Manage video and design asset creation for special events
• Lead key art design/production process for assigned original series

This assignment runs from September 1st for approx 6 months.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-5 years in Project Management in TV or Advertising
• Off-Air / Print / Design Experience is a must!

Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
- Must be willing to work in New York
- Must be willing to submit to a background investigation
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
