We are all about connecting people with the shows they love! The Facilities Manager will help support this mission by leading a team of technicians that support our brand new Los Angeles headquarters. We recently opened a 14 story building on the Sunset Bronson Studios lot, and we’re under construction with a second building on the lot.

We are seeking an experienced manager to run all aspects of facilities operations services at this office. The day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to: HVAC, Lighting, and repair and preventative maintenance services. Facilities is responsible for all aspects of the office including network and technology, so a good technical aptitude is a must to be successful. In addition, he/she will manage and guide the development of team members. We are a fast paced and demanding company that requires a special individual who is able to exercise good judgment and take fast initiative.

General Responsibilities:

Manage 2 Operations Coordinators and a team of Facilities Technicians
Oversee and drive maintenance of HVAC, lighting, elevators and support of all corporate events and screenings
Vendor management, including the financial aspect for each service
Liaison between Netflix and Property Management
Partner with our Talent and Content teams to ensure an exceptional experience for guests
Maintenance of all general building aesthetics
Oversee office changes such as restacking and room modifications
Partner with Network Engineering to ensure the network stays operational; troubleshooting HVAC and power issues, as needed
Develop and build strong relationships with internal customers to anticipate changing needs

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in facilities management
Strong HVAC and Engineering and event management experience
Strong vendor management, including supplier selection and contract negotiating
Demonstrated excellence in leading teams and efficient project completion
Exceptional customer service skills
Good technical aptitude; AV and/or network ownership is a plus
Experience with Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets, etc) is preferred
