Producers of Project Runway, Born this Way, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, The Real World, Total Divas and more is currently accepting resumes for a Facilities Office Coordinator to join our Facilities/Operations team to start immediately. We are located in Glendale.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Parking/Building Access
Card Issuance and Accounting: Duties include activating, deactivating, issuing proxy cards, working with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and updating Excel spreadsheets on a daily basis.
Copier/Postage Meter Reading Reports: Duties include ordering supplies, calling in service requests, monthly meter readings, updating accounting codes, refilling postage, stamp outgoing mail, meter reporting to Finance and ensure accurate invoicing.

Office Supply Ordering and Distribution: Duties include filling out Purchase Orders, price checking, getting appropriate approval signatures, placing office supply orders, ensure accurate invoicing, office supply distribution, and returns.
Assist Operations Coordinator with special event set-up/break down. Review security camera footage as needed.
Employee Customer Service: Must have excellent customer service as this position is the point person for all employees. Respond to and direct requests to appropriate Operations employees.

Ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year experience working in a Facilities/Operations department or experience working in a Property Management Office. Microsoft Office Experience needed including Excel and Powerpoint. Entertainment experience a plus!
