Seeking an Executive Assistant to provide support for our Global Kids Content group in Hollywood. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and take initiative.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining calendar for executives - scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally
Managing a heavy volume of incoming phone calls
Collaborate with team Coordinator to manage the flow of incoming and outgoing material
Maintaining a log used to track projects and their status in collaboration with department Coordinator
Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, digital and physical filing, etc...)
Heavy communication internally and externally
Creating presentations and documents using powerpoint and Google docs
Coverage of submission materials and ability to work in tandem/shadow executives in order to maintain knowledge of projects
The ability to support multiple executives and assist with team projects and events as needed


BA/BS Degree
1+ Years as an executive assistant
Studio/Entertainment Industry
Team-player who operates in a fast paced team-oriented setting
Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and Google docs
Professional manner and strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
