Hulu’s Content team is seeking an Associate Content Partner Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our Content team. As an Associate Content Partner Manager (ACPM) at Hulu, you will be smack dab at the intersection of entertainment and technology. A Hulu ACPM is responsible for implementing against the overall content acquisition strategy. The ACPM will learn to understand and explain video formats and metadata specifications, while also working across Hulu Divisions to deliver programming and promotional opportunities. The ACPM will dig deep into the data to determine what is working, what is not working, and assist in devising strategies for potential contract refresh and/or renewal. The right person for this role must navigate between technical and content issues while creating and maintaining an efficient workflow of content delivery and publishing. This role demands strong business acumen, plus credible technology aptitude, and refined relationship savvy. Manage a number of partner relationships and be responsible for ensuring that all elements of contracts and overall relationship goals are carried out
Hands on operational management, including content delivery, scheduling and avails; asset management and data reporting to partners
Tracking and evaluation of partnership success including performance analysis (with Finance and data science); performance optimization and content refreshes; promotional and marketing commitments
Works directly with Editorial and Marketing to ensure alignment between Hulu and Partners.
Works with Content Analyst team to produce regular reporting for senior content and Hulu management.
Responsible for contractually required reporting requirements for licensed content.
Monitor partner compliance against TandCs
Help ensure consistent standards and efficient practices across content organization including processes such as consistent analysis and internal KPI reporting

1-2 years of online media relationship experience, and digital media operations with significant technology focus
Knowledge of and appreciation for the television and film businesses
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office (esp. Excel) and GoogleDocs
Operational effectiveness: attention to detail follow through, multitasking
Demonstrated excellence in business relationship-building skills with internal and external partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests concurrently and bring timely resolution to issues
A sense of humor preferred
