THIS IS AN APPRENTICESHIP - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE A DEGREE OR ARE OVER 23 YO - MINIMUM GCSE C's IN MATHS & ENGLISH REQUIRED.

An apprenticeship is a full-time level 3 course that combines creative industry employment 4 days a week with classroom/remote learning 1 day a week. It is open to 16-23 yo.

BCAP is the apprenticeship arm of the training provider BCE.

The Role

Working alongside the team, this vacancy covers the following areas:

Marketing support, to include
- Artwork creation and delivery
- Poster printing / flyer print / order marketing ordering and administering / delivery to flyering staff / venues / targeted marketing locations / marketing third parties
- Public Listings / Checks and balances on web / venue listings etc
- Varying marketing ideas / orders / administration

Live event production support, to include
- Running and assistance on specific events, and on show days
- Pre and post event reconciliation and paperwork
- Assistance on event pre-production

Overall office support, to include
- General office assistance / running
- Assistance to finance system etc
- Assistance to Event Bookers / creative support where required

The successful applicant will:

Have a passion for live music of all genres
Have a basic knowledge of gig venues in and around London
Be interested in learning more about marketing, event production and the daily operation of a music company
Be a quick learner who is keen to get stuck in and try new tasks
Enjoy working as part of a team as well as taking on sole responsibility for certain tasks
Be considering a career in the live music industry
