Nathan Blair

Raised in Virginia, I taught myself the basics of digital video, recording to VHS-C, and editing with two old VCRs, (courtesy of my parents). After several years of experimenting, I left Virginia to study film at The Savannah College of Art & Design. From here, I graduated with a BFA in Film and Television, with a concentration on Cinematography.

After graduating I moved to New York, seeking a career in the indepentent film business. While my passion remains heavily focused on narritive cinema, I would never frown on corporate and commercial projects. In fact they have been the foundation of my professional career. Shortly after arriving, I worked on numerous infomercials along the Jersey shore. I'm now videographer and editor for fashion stylist Amy Salinger's new web series, "Sass N Style".
