Áine Cahill - Plastic

Irish singer/songwriter Áine Cahill has been making music since she was 16 and now at 22 she's starting to make serious waves in the UK with an acclaimed slot at the Bread & Roses stage at Glastonbury least year and a confirmed slot at Field Day this June.

Her classic pop fused with jazz sounds have the clout of early Adele with the edginess of Martha Wainwright. Cahill cites her influences as Lady Gaga, Lana Del Rey and Marina and the Diamonds, three uniquely individual performers who also produce and write their own material.  

We first heard about Cahill after being sent her incredible track '27 Club' from her debut EP 'Paper Crown' and have been charting her progess ever since. Her authencity as an artist shines like a beacon.
