We are a digital encoding and distribution company based in Los Angeles and Chicago, working with studios, production companies and independent filmmakers to distribute their content through digital platforms (e.g., Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, iTunes, etc.).

We have a position open in our Chicago office: Jr. Account Manager for Russia and Eastern Europe.

This person will report to the Manager of Operations and be directly responsible for managing motion picture and television content accounts for companies based in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.

A native of Russia fluent in Russian and English with at least two years of Business-to-Business Account Management experience is preferred.

Priority consideration will be given to candidates who have a working knowledge of the following software applications:

QuickTime Pro 7, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, FileZilla, Skype and MediaInfo.

Responsibilities for the Jr. Account Manager for Russia & Eastern Europe may include, but will not be limited to the following:

Development of a strong knowledge base for each digital service we deliver to and all materials that are required for successful fulfillment.

Daily calendar tracking and reportage for all fulfillment orders.

Communicate regularly with clients (in Russian and English) to make sure they are not only happy and impressed, but also that a relationship is developed and that their concerns are heard.

Work with the Business Development department to establish new company relationships in Russia and the CIS.

Train for basic functionality in packaging digital content for fulfillment (e.g., Chaptering, Metadata entry/review and AV Media QC).

Bring ideas to the table that may help us to grow smoothly and intellectually with the industry. This is our main goal and we welcome enthusiastic and positive people who want to collaborate with us along the way!
