With 17 years of steady growth, we are a boutique video production company featuring modern, two camera field production and creative editorial services. Located in suburban Baltimore, we are full service with an emphasis on corporate communications, commercials, and social media.

We seek a skilled EDITOR / VIDEOGRAPHER to support our customers in the mid-Atlantic region. Come work with our team of creative professionals to develop high-end videos in support of our customers’ missions. The requirements involve working in a dynamic production environment; helping to define customer requirements, and developing solutions and innovative concepts. Candidates must demonstrate sophisticated artistic (or visual)and technical skill, and have a general knowledge of current media trends. This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a strong working knowledge of industry-standard multimedia production technology, including software and hardware.

The Candidate Will:
Assist with shooting productions and editing scripted videos, along with short and long-form narratives
Perform all aspects of video production, including but not limited to: transport and setup of lighting, camera, audio equipment and on-camera scene/set
Videotape interviews, events and b-roll in single camera or multi-camera configurations
Edit single or multi-camera footage according to scripts and storyboards or loose producer guidelines
Interact and coordinate story elements with production teammates

Comprehensive level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
Videographer with strong lighting and composition skills
A solid understanding of editing corporate videos and commercials
2+ years working as a videographer/editor in a production company, corporate environment, or as a freelancer
Ability to work with motion graphics and have a passion for typography
Data management skills
Knowledge of shooting in various codecs and standards
Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
Drone experience a plus
Still photography experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to embrace, advocate, and model company goals, beliefs, and mission
Positive attitude and sense of humor

A resume and demo reel review are required along with a synopsis of your role in creating each piece of work. If others were involved at various stages of the post process (like a separate graphic designer), please make note.
