• A writer who can take complex business and technical information, organize it, simplify it and make it more conversational to best interpret the story. (Humor, helps)
• Write, edit, and coordinate the production of a broad scope of documents, including creative concept documents, bid/proposals video and interactive scripts.
• Someone who is flexible, reliable and professional: ability to never miss a deadline.
• A writer who has experience writing and developing video scripts and is familiar with concept, structure, content, style and story telling formats.
IT’S ALL ABOUT STORY STORY STORY ! ... And concepts that bring LIFE into business communications and testimonials. (Must bring wittiness, charm, humor, etc.)
• Willing to work on a contract/retainer or per project basis
We would like to see samples incorporating strong story elements taking business communications to a more personal level.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong understanding of storytelling principles and techniques
• Experience writing for a variety of mediums (video script and web experience a plus)
• Excellent research, writing, proofreading, editing and oral presentation skills
• Ability to communicate processes, plans and concepts effectively
• Ability to create entertaining, persuasive and conversational
messages
• Ability to work well with a creative team
• Possesses critical thinking, planning and time management skills
• A degree in Journalism or English preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
