Stuck in the Midwest

After school, I came back to Wisconsin for family reasons and have been working as a Master Control Operator. I'm ready to relocate for a new position (same or different doesn't matter), but have had no luck in getting a call back after sending resumes for listed positions. I've looked all over the country.
