"Shameless", the hit series from Showtime, is now casting major roles for an upcoming episode from Season Three which begins filming in Late July.
From the producer of "Southland", this dramatic comedy series is about the dysfunctional family of an alcoholic man named Frank Gallagher----who is not capable of taking care of his own kids.
"Shameless" stars Emmy Rossum, William H. Macy, and Ethan Cutkosky. The series is being written by Nancy Pimental, and it is directed by Anthony Hemingway.
The show is produced by John Wells, Paul Abbott, Mark Mylod, and Andrew Stearn for Warner Brothers Television in association with Showtime.

["The Waitress"], any ethnicity, 18 - Mid 20s. This young and perky waitress is a pretty, outgoing, and fun-loving woman who lives in the South Side of Chicago. She is working her way through college by waitressing at a restaurant but she aspires to eventually go into the fashion business. This waitress is one of Fiona's friends and she loves to go dancing in clubs with her. She is always low on money and is struggling to make ends meet. PRINCIPLE ROLE
["Cheryl"], any ethnicity, 20s - 30s. Cheryl is a tough-minded, driven, and focused woman who shares a romantic past with Kev. She is stridently independent and fearless to the point of being a bit domineering. But these were exactly the qualities that drew Kev to her in the first place. Cheryl was raised in foster care, and that was where she and Kev originally met. But Cheryl soon learns that Kevin now has a full-time girlfriend, and when Cheryl comes by his house to visit there is an awkward situation. PRINCIPLE ROLE
["Mrs. Mederios"], Latino, 30s. Mrs. Mederios is an articulate, intelligent, and caring high school teacher who is sincerely motivated to help her students get into a good university. She finds her position diffiult at times but also rewarding. She has a strong rapport with the students. We see Mrs. Mederios as she helps Lip fill out the forms to apply for college. PRINCIPLE ROLE
["Tammy"], any ethnicity, 40s - 50s. Tammy is an eccentric, quirky, and funky woman from Chicago who spends much of her time hanging out at bars and getting drunk. She likes to tell risque jokes and can be very outspoken when she's tipsy. But Tammy also has a feminine side to her personality. She is well-liked and appreciated by the other patrons at the bar. ["Ralph"], any ethnicity, 18 - Mid 20s. Ralph is an athletic, charming, and self-disciplined young man who is training to be in the military. He wears a crew cut and dresses conservatively. He is completely determined to pass basic training one day and become a soldier. On the outside, Ralph seems very conventional. But he is hiding a deep dark secret. He is actually gay and is having a relationship with Ian (played by Cameron Monaghan) and they are trying to keep their relationship hidden from view. CO-STARRING ROLE
["Wendell"], Caucasian or African-American, 20s - 30s. Wendell is a motivated, successful, and handsome entrepreneur who has a generally optimistic outlook on the world. He runs his own social event planning business and it does quite well. Wendell is also something of a "ladies man"----he is constantly meeting new women while running his business and asking them out on dates. He can be very shrewd when he needs to be, and does not let other people take advantage of him. Fiona and Veronica try to use their feminine charms to get Wendell to refer some of his customers to them, but their efforts are fruitless. CO-STARRING ROLE
["Edward Gretsky"], any ethnicity, 30s - 40s. Edward is a fast-talking, underhanded, and manipulative man who is an elected official in Chicago. He is very adept at the game of politics and knows how to always get what he wants. Edward is trusted by the voters but he only puts on a mask of honesty and warmth. He figures out a way to extract money from Fiona's business using extremely questionable tactics. CO-STARRING ROLE
["Walter Roselli"], Caucasian, 30s. Walter is a down-to-earth, humble, and working-class man from Chicago who supplies liquor to stores. He is very practical and upfront when he negotiates with a new retailer. Walter comes from an Italian family. He is proud of his heritage and proud of the neighborhood that he comes from. PRINCIPLE ROLE
["Chester"], any ethnicity, 50s. Chester is a troubled, boisterous, and occasionally tactless middle-aged man who has a serious drinking problem. He is friends with Frank (played by William H. Macy) and often goes out drinking with him. Chester can get quite rambunctious when he has had a few too many drinks, and when he comes home with Frank late one night, he begins talking loudly without realizing that he is waking up Frank's kids. Chester is not a bad man but he simply has an alcohol habit that is out of control. PRINCIPLE ROLE
