Global Game Jam in Seattle, WA

The Academy of Interactive Entertainment (AIE) to host Global Game Jam in Seattle and Lafayette

The Academy of Interactive Entertainment will host the fourth annual Global Game Jam from Jan. 27 to Jan. 29, 2012 at the Seattle Center and LITE Center in Lafayette.

 The Global Game Jam is an International Game Developers Association event.

 During the event, developers from across the globe will form groups and create complete, playable games over the course of one weekend.

 Join us to develop ideas, form small groups, create new, creative, innovative games, and present them to their peers and the global community, all in a limited time span.

 Participants in the Global Game Jam are of all skill levels and in various fields. Everyone from professional game developers to educators to artists and designers is welcome to participate.

 To sign up for the event, those interested must fill out the form below and choose a date and time slot.

 Limited to 20 participants on-line at once (working internationally with our Australia and louisiana campus) we will be open until Jan. 29th at 1:00am, but require that participants pre-register and sign up for either time slots or the full duration.
