About the Job
We are looking for a VT Operator/Encoder with a minimum of 2/3yrs experience at a duplication/post production facility. This job requires great attention to detail as well as being able to work well under pressure, to maintain a high quality delivery to our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands on operating experience of the following: HDCAM-SR, D5, Digi Beta, TBC’s, Waveform/vector monitors and digital routers. A solid working knowledge of international broadcast standards both HD and SD. Be able to complete machine to machine edits as well as have a keen interest in encoding and DVD authoring. Knowledge of Final Cut Pro would also be an advantage.
Hours will be shifted and have the potential to be long and include evenings and some weekends. It would be beneficial for the successful applicant to live within a 20 minute drive of our office.
