About the Job

Boutique talent and literary agency is seeking an exceptional and ambitious person for the position of "talent agent assistant", or possibly "junior agent" (depending on resume), in the alternative television packaging department. Television industry experience is required, preferably in the alternative, reality, non-fiction documentary space. The ideal candidate must possess a professional level of initiative and be extremely detailed oriented. Candidate must be computer literate, posses a high level of organizational skills, and know all the players in the field. The successful candidate must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment, have the ability to handle high volume phones, and be detail-oriented on behalf of a busy and creative agent.
