About the Job
Television infomercial and commercial production company seeks experienced production coordinator for full time position to start immediately.
Job duties include assisting producers in all areas of pre-production, production and post-production, including maintaining production schedules, researching & scouting locations, assisting with casting, booking crew, acquiring permits & executing location agreements, putting props / sets on hold, coordinating any necessary travel, creating and sending call sheets, maps and directions, assisting in shoot day scheduling, coordinating with all departments during productions, problem solving during shoots, obtaining releases on set, managing crew timecards & PO’s and following up on payment, keeping track of job expenses, updating budgets, organizing wrap books and client books, filling out production reports, scheduling voice over sessions, quality checking show masters, updating show transcripts, shipping show masters & following up on delivery.
Applicants must have 2+ years experience, must be extremely well organized, motivated and able to multi-task. A positive, energetic do-whatever-it-takes attitude and eagerness to grow within the industry is a must! Also, should be able to take direction and work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, creative environment. Must have a reliable car & valid drivers license.
