PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
Looking for someone who has 1 to 2 years experience ONLY. Please note that this is a JUNIOR position. You would assist the supervising producer on music videos, commercials, live artist DVDs, workout videos, artist EPK’s and many other video related projects.
Job duties Include but are not limited to:
-general office administration /data entry.
-Updating budgets, processing invoices, check requests and contract information.
-coordinate footage request and hard drives –must have some knowledge of footage formats.
-booking travel/coordinating shoot details.
-Travel required 20% of time- some being nights and weekend.
-Setting up and running small in-house shoots from all aspects (camera, minimal lighting, interview).
-Must have experiences operating HD handheld camera/tapes/footage transfer.
-overseeing behind the scenes crew on larger shoots.
