• BA/BS degree preferred
• 3-5 years experience writing commercial and long form copy for television
• 3-5 years experience producing television commercials
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Self-starter and a quick-learner
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Results-oriented

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee scripting process and manage production process for all commercial and long form video projects
• Select appropriate talent/actors for assigned projects
• Serve as on set producer and director for single-camera productions
• Be a creative leader within the Production department
• Adhere to the creative process and associated steps that are currently in place for this department
• Participate and contribute ideas in creative brainstorming sessions
• Work with editors to ensure excellent execution of creative plan, and make sure that disclaimers, end tags, and phone numbers are correct
• Work with Content department to ensure accuracy of all scripts
• Establish processes that expand creativity and communication with clients
• Produce projects as assigned and meet published deadlines
