About the Job

Job Description:
Maintain appearance of studio
Operate cameras, teleprompters, audio board, and character generator
Keep microphones in working condition and conduct microphone checks for talent and guests
Queue the anchors and provide them with appropriate times
Run switchboard and construct graphics for newscasts
Operate chyron graphics machine
Retrieve weather numbers if assigned to teleprompter
Assist with shoots, commercial, and in-studio live cut-ins
Distribute director rundowns
Assist in cleaning studio after each show
Perform other related tasks to the position as assigned
