About the Job
Orange County-based film production company seeks a full-time Front Office PA. This position requires that candidates have excellent presentation skills, both written and oral. Experience in working with clients and running a front office is mandatory. Applicants must be very detail-oriented and have computer skills including the entire Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in production or post-production is a plus.
Responsibilities will include answering phones, office management, tape logging, maintaining crew/cast/client databases and paperwork, coordinating production logistics, filing as well as assisting producers and post production supervisors with a variety of tasks, as needed.
This position is a 3-month contract with potential for full time. Must have your own reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.
Start date mid-February to March 1st.
