Description: Supervises 2 office employees. Performs general accounting clerical duties in the preparation, processing and maintenance of credit, collections, billing records, accounts payable and payroll. Supervises the day-to-day office functions and administrative operations including office equipment systems, office supply purchasing, facility management and filing management to ensure maximum operating efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities: · Data entry all payments for accounts receivable, reviews for any adjustments and does billing · Data enters all sales and change orders for radio stations · Prepares daily program logs, continuity scheduling and reconciliation reports · Greets guests, answers telephones, routes calls, records messages, schedules appointments, sorts and distributes incoming mail, prepares outgoing mail. · Coordinates the organizational calendar, staff meetings and general reception. Coordinates logistics for selected conferences and special meetings. · Assist with human resources related functions such as workers compensation claims and benefit administration. · Arranges for building and grounds maintenance and janitorial services · Assists with special projects
Requirements: · Associates Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field: or equivalent level of experience. · Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook) programs · Speed in typing and ten-key skills · Self Starter, embraces challenging situations and well organized · Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing · Attention to detail, time management skills and ability to handle crucial situations decisively and efficiently. · Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines · Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels · Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·
