News Anchor/Reporter

About the Job

We have an immediate opening for a News Anchor/Reporter. Responsibilities include anchor assigned newscasts, develop news sources and contacts, as well as develop, enterprise, and report news stories to industry standards; and prepare, write and edit scripts for assigned newscasts. We are looking for a team player with excellent writing and communication skills. Strong on-air skills and the ability to handle deadline pressure are essential. A degree in broadcast journalism and experience reporting TV News with an emphasis on live and in-the-field reporting/anchoring is preferred; bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required. Valid drivers license and good driving record required.
