Network Development Coordinator

About the Job

Currently we are seeking a Network Development Coordinator for The Game Station, our Gaming Vertical.

The Game Station Network Development team serves the vital role of managing a network of over 150 gaming channels on Youtube with nearly 200 million views per month. New members of the team will recruit potential channels, facilitate their growth by providing guidance and promotion, and support their efforts by connecting them to the resources of the Game Station. Their main tasks day to day will involve tracking popular gaming content on Youtube, interacting with channels through emails and instant messages, and meeting with the network team to discuss potential strategies.

Requirements:
A strong passion for the dynamic new media landscape and its unlimited and untapped potential
YouTube expertise is great to have, but we can teach you
Keen, avid participation in the video game/ geeky communities and culture (i.e., do you read reddit? Tumblr?)
You should have experience with managing talent and/or other team members
Previous experience in facilitating the development of multiple simultaneous projects.
You should be comfortable tracking diverse human relationships and following up on them when necessary (you will be responsible for managing the relationship with specific assigned talent).
French or German language skills highly desired but not required (if you have this, we will notice!!!)
