Morning PCR Operations Crew/Promotions Digitizing

About the Job

Once trained in all positions, and on a normal day when a full crew is present, this position will assist as Shading Engineer (usually an unfilled position for the morning news), or Live Van Operator (generally an on-call position filled by a rotation of qualified evening Live Van Operators), or as a general trouble-shooter who can address equipment or system issues so the core crew can continue to focus on their assigned tasks.

The Promotions portion involves being in charge of managing the daily creation and digitizing of several categories of promotional spot content. Some spots require editing to add appropriate tags prior to being digitized for air; others are complete as they are received and can be digitized without change. Related activities include keeping track of the various categories of promos and making sure that promos are current.

Full-time position, hours to be determined.
