We are growing our sales management and sales team. We are seeking an LSM to lead a team of 10 Account Executives. Position requires a hands-on motivated teacher and leader. Solid TV Sales, event, and new business sales experience required. Need to sell beyond the numbers and have a laser focus on new local direct business. Must be a strong communicator, motivator and trainer. Local sales management experience and Buffalo market knowledge required.
