About the Job
We are looking for Junior Project Managers to oversee client-facing projects from concept to final execution. The selected candidate would be expected to:
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate delivery of work across departments (i.e. Production, Marketing, Public Relations, Marketing, Design and Sales)
• Participating in developing strategies and tactics for programs including heavy research
• Participating in internal meetings, contributing and collecting feedback/notes for presentation
• Tracking progress of all activities of the project.
• Providing updates and other reports to the Senior Project or as directed and/or requested Prepare and respond to various email communications
Experience and Qualifications:
• 3+ years experience in project management or related field of work
• Knowledge of culture, media and technology required
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Knowledge of the Vice brand and its properties.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Macintosh computer programs
