About the Job
Busy production company is seeking a full-time office manager / executive assistant. Job includes benefits, vacation days, etc. Major duties include:
- Responsible for inter-office correspondence, receiving and routing messages and phone calls, processing mail, arranging travel, coordinating appointments and schedules.
- Drafts various documents for the company- bios, visas, etc.
- Assist with various production tasks- holds, travel, conference calls, etc.
- Attend weekly office meetings, taking notes and emailing minutes.
- Keep office stocked with proper inventory.
- Burn reels and distribute when needed.
- Maintain daily status of all jobs currently being produced around the world.
- Oversee the summer interns schedule.
- Any other tasks that may arise during the day.
