A Los Angeles based politically progressive
documentary company is looking for a skilled FCP editor to work on a weekly
bases on promos and trailers.
A PASSION FOR PROGRESSIVE POLITICS IS AS IMPORTANT AS EDITING SKILLS...PLEASE TELL US ABOUT IT IN YOUR COVER LETTER!
Please know FCP 7, After Effects and Photo Shop
Be able to cut creatively, work collaboratively, good story telling skills
Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
Must have great technical skill (able to be your own AE)
Expected to meet tight deadlines
Motion graphics, graphic design, sound mixing/finishing, coloring are also great pluses.
