Searching for an experienced field producer for a reality series.
PLEASE DO NOT apply unless you meet all four qualifications:
- Able to shoot on a Panasonic HDX900.
- Have done field producer work & managed crews professionally (not school).
- Have exceptional talent management skills.
- Able to capture and induce great story with the talent.
About the position:
You will be responsible for managing a small crew in the field, dictating the day/week schedule and events, managing the talent and producing their stories, and shooting B camera. You will travel to a location, shoot for 6 days, and then return home the following day.
