Executive in-charge of Production

About the Job

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for overall production operations, budget and financial administration of multiple network studio production (e.g. lifestyle/web series, talk/cooking shows, etc.)
• Responsible for maintaining project/program budgets, production/studio schedules, and on-time/on-budget delivery of studio production
• Work collaboratively with network Programming, Digital, and Creative Services teams to facilitate all production
• Work with network production companies in developing materials for Set design/displays
• Facilitate production of all Value-Added opportunities
• Manages day to day operation of the network studio
• Oversee the management of assets within the network studio
• Manages and secures recourses needed (talent and manpower) to operate and support production demands
• Develop and supervise broadcast asset management
• Schedule and maintain post facilities (edit, graphics, studio, crew)
• Manage budget as needed for freelance talent and external vendors per production
• Build and maintain professional and trusting relationships with internal and external clients

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ Years of progressive experience in broadcast production or TV/broadcast/digital network required
• 2+ Years of television and digital production experience/knowledge needed
• Experience managing complex budgets, scheduling, staffing and business affairs as it relates to television/studio production
• Experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and negotiating various agreements (network, talent, service contracts, deal memos, etc)
• Strong numerical experience with an emphasis on data analysis is helpful
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and work in a collaborative environment
• Knowledge of asset management tools preferred
• High degree of integrity and business ethics and passion for wellness genre is helpful
