About the Job
We are looking for a temporary full-time employee who has prior IT support experience preferably in a broadcast environment.
Qualifications and Requirements: Knowledge and troubleshooting of Windows XP and Microsoft Office 2010 in an enterprise environment Basic knowledge of networking (protocols, firewalls, proxies) -- what they are, how they work Experience with virus and malware remediation Experience with Symantec Ghost and Microsoft Sysprep Hardware troubleshooting, down to component level, of PC desktop and laptops Experience with Macintosh OS (Snow Leopard & Lion), Final Cut Studio, Avid Media Composer (Windows-based) + Isis, Adobe Creative Suite, and television technologies are a bonus.
Additional Information: Full time position Temporary: 3-4 months Must be willing to work in San Jose, CA
