One of the fastest growing Hispanic multi-media companies seeks a Creative Services Manager for the leading Spanish language stations for our Denver, CO cluster.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: Develop and direct all aspects of production of station advertising, promotion and design to deliver on a relevant, differentiated brand for the Denver Spanish-language station cluster. Lead a creative staff to plan/execute innovate image campaigns, topical promos, and ads for all content including news, local programming and commercial production.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, story-teller, communicator and have a strong sense of consistency in packaging tone and style. An up-to-date record of cutting-edge creative and the abilty to solve problems on tight deadlines a must. Candidates must be self-motivated and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates must have advanced production expertise and be skilled at leading a creative staff. Must have strong organizational skills and be skilled at presenting ideas and gaining the approval and satisfaction of internal departments and clients.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven leadership skills required. Qualified candidate should be bilingual English/Spanish and fluent in the ability to read, write and communicate in Spanish. Candidates must be able to understand news and commercial production with experience in both linear and non-linear editing. Ability to use graphic design software. Knowledge of video photography and video acquisition, working knowledge of DVC Pro, Final Cut Pro and Avid equipment a plus. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with little or no supervision. A four-year college degree is required in Bachelor of Arts or Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience. Those applying should have minimum of five (5) years experience managing a creative department in a highly branded broadcast environment.

Salary: Commensurate on experience
