Costume Designer/Stylist

About the Job

We are now hiring a COSTUME DESIGNER/FASHION STYLIST to work out of our production studios in Cebu, Philippines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a work/teach position. You will be in charge of the wardrobe department on the studio lot in Cebu, Philippines. That means that you will be the costume designer on all our feature films. On the feature films you will work closely with the director to implement his vision. In
between the feature films you will be working on everything from
Fashion shoots to commercials, music videos and TV productions. You
will also train and supervise the interns/assistants in your
department. You will design some outfits and buy the other costumes
that the productions require.

REQUIREMENTS

Preferably a MFA or equivalent in costume design or equivalent.
At least 3 years work experience in designing/making costumes for
theatre/film or working as a fashion stylist.
Knowledge of costume construction techniques.
Ability to work within budget.
Ability to lead a wardrobe team on a feature film.
Ability to mentor/teach interns/assistants in costume design.
Good written and verbal communication skills..

SALARY/BENEFITS

3000 USD per Month during teaching and prep periods.
4000 USD per Month during productions.
