About the Job

We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our accomplished team and will:

• Manage daily administration of contracts including but not limited to, negotiation of agreements, contract set-up and close out and contract modifications
• Coordinate the contract implementation process, including coordination of fees and payments per contractual requirements
• Maintain an audit file for each contract, which will include correspondence, changes, deviations, amendments and clarifications
• Perform due diligence review of all documents signed or to be signed (any documents that must be executed but are not from internal templates) for unacceptable terms or imposition of liabilities
• Maintain and update contract templates for individual customers, vendor and other contracts as required, including pricing approvals and other contract provisions
• Scanning of Contract Documents into the Contract Database
• Provide regular reports and analysis to management as required
• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the contract documentation process
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Required Competencies:

• A minimum of five years experience in Contract Administration is required
• Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Math, Finance or related field
• Paralegal certification a plus
• Proven ability to problem solve, think independently and tackle projects with minimal supervision, as well as part of management team
• Strategic thinking with excellent project management and problem solving ability
• Excellent writing, including legal document writing, reviewing and proofing
• Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use independent judgment and communicate effectively with all levels of organization
• Excellent presentation and strong communication skills, both internal and externally of the company
• Proficiency with MS excel and word
