About the Job
Los Angeles based Production Company is calling for submissions to attach experienced (Union) crew department heads for a monster movie that’s currently in development. The project is currently in the financing stage and will be 100% independently financed.
We are looking to fill the key positions on the crew early on so that we can make our financing package even more attractive to investors. This will be a low budget SAG, DGA, IATSE feature film. The screenplay is written. Interviews will begin on January 4.
The story is about a young father and his fifteen-year-old daughter, who move to a new town to start a new life; but find themselves suddenly trapped inside a schoolhouse with six others, struggling to survive a vicious twenty-foot-tall, thirty-foot-long monster. -----It will be shot on 35mm (anamorphic).
It's a monster movie with a big heart and great story. We are looking for people who will believe in the material and will have the passion to make the film.
