Job Posting Date: 01/26/10 We are seeking talented and experienced character animators and lighting TD’s for upcoming projects.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
Character Animators:
3ds Max skills are preferred but not required
Must possess ability to block out character performances while refining animation under director’s guidance on a shot by shot basis
Biped and quadruped character animation experience preferred
Should effectively execute all necessary assigned tasks while under tight production schedule deadlines
Character TD’s:
Create 3D character rigs and animation interface controls for skeletal motion systems, body deformations, and facial animation
Preferable knowledge of integrating muscle systems
Lighting TD’s:
3ds Max and V-Ray skills required
Photo-real shader development using the latest HDRI GI techniques
Strong understanding of lighting principles and color theory
Responsible for rendering all necessary elements for compositing team
Node based compositing skills helpful (i.e. Nuke, Shake or Fusion)
