About the Job
"World’s Strictest Parents" seen on the CMT and MTV Network is casting a whole new season and needs your help! We are hiring recruiters in the San Fernando Valley immediately. Recruiting is all about personality, managing your time wisely and doing research so you know where you need to go to find the type of people for the show you’re casting. You have to be a good salesperson and be confident enough to walk up to anyone and sell them on being on the show. The great thing about this job is you pretty much make your own hours.
Recruiters should be outgoing and be able to deliver leads of up to 10-15 teens per day. The teens MUST be between the ages of 15-18, still living at home and in high school. These teens are REBELLIOUS which means they may be doing the following: talking back to their parents and/or other authority figures; Being incredibly disrespectful and are on the verge of serious consequences like getting kicked out of their homes, arrested, ect.; Breaking rules at home; Sneaking out; Not doing their chores; Drinking, smoking, doing drugs; Getting in trouble at school; ditching, failing classes, being defiant to teachers.
MOST IMPORTANT- WE NEED TO MAKE SURE THESE TEENS FIGHT WITH THEIR PARENTS!
Your duties may include, but are not limited to, going to shopping centers, restaurants, parks, movie theaters, concerts, parking lots and other teenage hangouts. You do not need to pitch the show to them, that’s our job, but you are expected to send us leads of rebellious teens that are genuinely interested in doing the show. Experience is a plus, but not necessary - all you really need to be GREAT at this job is the ability to find these kinds of rebellious teens!
Please respond to Rayna with your resume, a photo of yourself and a short paragraph about why you would be great for this position!
