About the Job

I need to shoot live theatrical readings at my production offices in Long Island City, NY (11101, N/W trains)

The repeated readings (of the same material) will be performed on three consecutive days:
FRI. 2/5 @ 8 PM
SAT. 2/6 @ 8 PM
SUN. 2/7 @ 7 PM

The readings are all one hour long and in front of a live audience of under thirty respectivly.I have all the brand new equipment needed for the shoot:

>Davis/Sanford ProVista Airlift Tripod w/ Pneumatic Centerpost w/ FM18 Fluidhead.

>Lowel DV Creator 44 Lighting Kit w/ Impact 600 Watt AC Dimmer Controls.

I also have new:

I might want to also use the Flo-Pod and Crane on two different nights to provide the director some variety when the three readings are finally cut into one reading.

Apart from the camera operating: If you are also an editor, I have also a full editing suite (too many programs to mention) to cut the three readings into (1) one hour finished reel. We can discuss this as a separate project.

This is a very simple project. I can even set up lights and sound if need be.

The more important project is this:

I'll also need a Camera Operator/DP and a couple of Grips for my next project that will be following very soon; a feature length film and more also set in Long Island City. For starters, I'll be test- shooting approx. ten 1-2 min. scenes performed throughout a very live location with professional actors and additional equipment, plus your gear on this one.

This project is what I really need the right person for; the readings shall help warm things up to a much longer relationship.
I need your reels to review and thereafter, a signed NDA to release the development package to you.

I'll need someone that can really take on their responsibilities with pride, and follow through with their crew and skills.
