Job Summary
To assist in the maintenance and setup of all audio, video and computer components in the auditorium, exhibit spaces and conference rooms.

Major Responsibilities
• Ensure the smooth running of New York Story. This includes turning on and off the AMX system, do a test run of the film before we open, trouble shoot when things do not go as planned and bring problems to the appropriate person.
• Check to make sure that all AV exhibits, touchscreens and other equipment are running properly 3-4 times a day and report any malfunctioning equipment
• Maintain AV stock and notify supervisor when more supplies need to be ordered
• Maintain and organize AV equipment
• Set up for internal meetings and presentations
• Set up or assist in the setup of audio systems, projectors, video monitors. lighting, and scenic elements for public and private events.
• Operate Yamaha Digital Sound Console and Ion Light Board
• Additional routine technical duties
• Repair minor electrical and low voltage equipment.

• ETC Ion Console programmer
• Digital Sound Board audio mixer

None

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
1 to 3 years in AV setups for conferences, meetings.
Degree in Theater, film or video.
Knowledge of stage crew etiquette
