Associate Producer

About the Job

This position assists the producer in servicing our corporate clientele. Duties may include writing, organizing scripts, running the teleprompter, scheduling production and post production or meeting with clients during development.
Skills required this position – you must be highly organized and be a good communicator with strong management skills and problem-solving abilities. You must understand how each department can impact the budget and the schedule. You must be able to handle many things at once, from juggling multiple projects to hiring crew members to creating daily reports and making sure paperwork and billing is up to date. You will have direct involvement with our clients so a friendly customer comes first attitude is extremely important.
