Film & Video Teaching Position starting September 2012.
Rank open; salary competitive. Seeking applicants for a full time tenure track appointment to teach production and some film aesthetic courses. Applicants are being sought who exhibit a capacity for critical discourse and whose works demonstrate unique artistic/experimental approaches to film and/or video. Other areas of interest may include digital media, animation, and multimedia installation. We seek a strong commitment to encouraging video or filmmaking as a creative practice; teaching effectiveness and technical proficiency. An MFA and a strong record as an artist, and teaching experience preferred.
