About the Job

We are looking fors a resourceful, hard-working assistant to the CEO/Founders. We are looking for someone who loves development and is interested in both unscripted television and digital content.

MUST have prior experience working at a talent agency, ideally on the desk of an agent that covers unscripted (please indicate whether you have this specific experience in your cover letter).

Responsibilities include executive assistant duties (phones, multiple calendars, expenses, travel, etc.) in addition to managing development materials and doing research for new ideas.
Word, Excel and PowerPoint ability required.
Strong problem-solving, organizaitonal, and research skills required.
You will be entering the company at an exciting and busy time, and there is a lot of opportunity to move up from this position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 1 year industry experience required.
- Must live in Los Angeles. Office is in Studio City, CA.
- Must be available to start very soon if not immediately
