About the Job

We are looking for very talented, experienced ART DIRECTORS for design-heavy projects.

This position requires at least 8 years of previous design and art direction experience.
This is a high-level position–only “heavy hitters” need apply. The ideal candidate will have an award-winning portfolio and an impressive design reel with an emphasis in broadcast and information graphics. A strong background in insert graphic design is important.

Must live in the Los Angeles area and be able to work on-site in Culver City.

At the Network, our main focus is in producing award-winning on-air graphics that may include show graphic packages, opens, promos, interstitials, logos and effects-driven animations and graphics, etc.
Requirements:
– Must be a strong designer and art director
– Must be able to create design boards for animation and establish look and feel for projects (per criteria)
– Expertise with Cinema 4D
– Strong knowledge of standard graphic design software (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
– Output high quality work
– Detail-oriented
– Understanding and experience with sports motion graphics
– Ability to meet fast-turnaround deadlines on time or early
– Strong work ethics
– Ability to perform and participate in a dynamic team environment
– Communicate clearly
– Organized and able to follow instructions accurately
– Excellent problem solving ability
– Fluent English, written and spoken
