About the Job
We are looking for a competent and confident sound designer who either has access to or owns his or her own equipment/studio to mix down our World War II short film, "The Forest Demon", currently in post-production. Ultimately, we are looking for a 5.1 mix as well as session time for ADR recording. The Designer should be able to coordinate and schedule recording times for talent while keeping the filmmakers abreast of scheduled recording times such that they can guide performance. The Designer should also be flexible with schedules as to allow the filmmakers to actively participate during the mix itself.
We are looking for a mix to be done by the end of August/Early September, ready to go for festival submissions. Any interested parties should send a resume/reel or both to the email address supplied with this posting.
