The Bedford in Balham is one of the most passionate and dedicated venues for helping discover and develop new musical talent.
Over the last 15 years we have played a role in helping many world class acts learn their craft and reach wider audiences early in their career.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and similarly passionate person to come and help us work with the next generation of amazing young artists that are coming through.
This role will ideally suit somebody with good Computing/social media skills. We are based in SW London, so you will need to be able to get to us fairly easily.
Good inter personal skills and an ability to be pro-active and take the initiative are important.
Previous experience is not required, just a great atttitude and the desire to be part of a constantly creative team.
The role will encompass learning about and implementing our back office systems as well as being part of the creation of events, shows and interacting with artists and the music business.
We are looking for someone that has 1 or 2 days a week that they can make available (we are very flexible) and that is keen to spend some time with us learning about the way we work as well as the wider Music Business.
This is an unpaid position, but can lead to many further opportunities in the business.
