Job Posting Date: 07/22/09 The purpose of this position is to ship equipment and materials properly and timely for all clients and guests of our Studios for the Tape Duplication Center.
Position Responsibilities:
• Ensure that all equipment and materials are packaged and shipped properly and in a timely manner using the approved shipping methods.
• Issue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
• Examine products or materials in order to estimate quantities or weight and type of container required for storage or transport.
• Order and inventory equipment and supplies properly.
• Shipping utilizing Fed Ex & UPS weigh shippers
• Detail logging of client tapes into the library system
• Detail labeling and printing of client dubs and DVD/CD
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 2 + years experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Post Production facilities.
• Must have a working knowledge of various computer programs - BEST, Photoshop, Word, Excel etc.
• Ability to work in a fast past environment independently or in a team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. |
